TRAINER & FACILITATOR
After joining a school district with no professional learning development plan for technology, I worked to develop a catalog of unique courses delivered through Zoom training or a self-paced portal. Over 4100 individual courses were attended by over 700 certificated teachers, district leaders, and paraprofessionals in the 2022 school year. In addition, interactive documents were created for quick, on-demand learning. This also included creating an Instructional Technology YouTube Digital Library and producing instructional videos to pair with new learning.

Part of my current position as the High School and Beyond Coordinator required a complete rebrand of the materials and activities given to students to meet OSPI High School and Beyond Requirements. This meant developing curriculum for 5200 students in grades 6-12 and launching Xello, our new platform. I built a district hub for training and materials in order to seamlessly deliver content to staff and administration as well as performed an audit Skyward courses and registration processes and procedures with administration and counselors. This allowed us to create cohesive 4-year course planning to help students meet their post-secondary goals.
